Log income. Tap the + button and choose "Log Owed". Enter the amount you earned — Tenths automatically calculates 10% and adds it to your balance.
Log a donation. Tap the + button and choose "Log Given". Enter the amount you gave. Your remaining balance updates instantly.
Giving Tree. The tree on your home screen grows as your lifetime giving increases. Your current balance is always shown at the root.
What is maaser? Maaser is the Jewish practice of giving 10% of your net income to charity (tzedakah). Tenths helps you track exactly how much you owe and how much you have given.
My balance looks wrong. Check your income entries — each one should reflect net income after tax. You can tap any entry to edit or delete it.
Is my data backed up? Your data is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud Drive enabled in Settings, it will sync automatically across your devices and be included in iCloud backups.
What currency does the app use? Tenths uses your device locale and currency settings automatically.
Can I export my data? Not yet — this is planned for a future update.
